If we wore a hat we’d be eating it.* Until now we’ve only made cask and bottle-conditioned beers but after much in-depth research (hard work honest Guv!) we’ve been experimenting with eco kegs.

These beers will be KEG- CONDITIONED.
‘Live’ beers with sediment that mature in the keg. Think of them as a giant bottle served on draught [shurely ‘draft? If we’re getting ‘all 2016’? Ed.]
Banish thoughts of ‘smoothflow’. These are great beers and you’ll very likely enjoy similarly-produced beers by our friends at other breweries on this Trail; we were certainly inspired and enthused by their brews!
Compared to cask they’ll be naturally served livelier and cooler through fonts.
HAZY CRAZY DAYS
We believe this style is best suited for the hoppier type of beers; including the ones we’ve been doing unfined for a little while now.
